Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Great atmosphere with nothing too much trouble. Perfect location opposite beautiful sandy beach. Well maintained pool and garden areas. Special thanks to Ratana and Pan for going the extra mile to make our stay perfect. A couple of issues arose with our room which were very quickly resolved. The rooms are comfortable and kept spotlessly clean with fresh linen and towels daily. The breakfast is plentiful and the food in general at the restaurant was very good. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

The location was great, right across the road from the beach. The staff were very helpful, arranging a boat trip and adding an extra person to my booking. Breakfast was basic but filling.

Comfortable, well located (although Sihanoukville itself isn't a place where there's much to do, at least this hotel is by the beach and there's a nice long walk you can take), restaurant is really good and you have welcome drinks for free. Nice swimming pool, hot water, clean, simple but comfortable.

Beds are comfy, room is clean, spacious enough. Pool is nice to chill in and around duringt he hot day. Food is fine, many local options. Prices are good, happy hour is 3-5 pm (tye clock in the restaurant is wrong, check the time with stuff properly).

Great location, opposite the beach. Comfortable rooms, with good air conditioning. Friendly staff. Access to the partner hotel pools.

Room was well equipped and very comfortable. Pool looked great and I saw a family having fun together. Restaurant had good selection of local and western meals. Food was delicious and nicely presented. It was great for a good sleep before a long flight home!

If you don't want to go into Sihanoukville, then this rather nice little place sits on the beach about 3-4 kilometres away. Ideal for an overnight stop if you are going to the islands. Very helpful staff who checked where the ferries were leaving from without being asked to do so. Good quality restaurant and very nice restaurant staff. Nice room which met all our expectations. Altogether a pleasant place to stop overnight.
